A native of Bloomington, Indiana, and graduate of Bloomington North and Indiana University, Bob as President & CEO is responsible for the daily operations of the Bank, as well as the long-run strategic direction of the Bank. Bob has 39 years' banking experience and has been an executive officer for over 20 years. Under Bob's leadership, the Bank has experienced steady growth and has opened five new Banking Centers (Bloomington, Linton, Bloomfield, Bedford and Bicknell). Bob's passion is to make sure that all employees do everything they can to fulfill the Bank's mission statement.

Danielle Conner

Executive Vice President

Danielle is a native of Spencer, Indiana and a graduate of Owen Valley High School. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She graduated from the Graduate School of Banking in 2017. She is responsible for retail, accounting, operations, IT, compliance, and quality control for the Bank. Danielle also leads our marketing and is actively engaged in community outreach. Danielle lives in Spencer with her husband Chris and their son Matthew.

Michelle DeFord

SVP Human Resources Director

Michelle is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, and is a native of Shoals, Indiana. With more than 33 years’ experience at Owen County State Bank, Michelle has held various roles. Currently, Michelle is responsible for human resources covering 80+ employees among 7 locations. Michelle represents the Board of Directors as Secretary and is also the liaison for Owen Financial Corporation shareholders.

Cindy Kinnarney

SVP Lending Operations

Cindy is a native of Southern Indiana, a graduate of Indiana University, and proud Air Force Veteran. Cindy is primarily responsible for the Lending team and Lending operations of the Bank. She also works to execute on the Bank’s strategic direction working collaboratively with other senior management team members. Cindy has 29 years of commercial banking experience and has called Bloomington area home for 20 years. Cindy is proud to have served in several community leadership roles over her time in Bloomington and continues to serve her community in various volunteer capacities.
